RESPONSABILITATI

• Key contact for the Sales organization relative to new direct Customer set-up (e-catalogue, OPG maintenance, order management, invoices management).
• Single point of contact for any Customer escalation in their specific countries.
• Guide Sales in the setup of new catalogue structures.
• Guide Sales in the Volum Direct Oorde Offer to Cash processes
• Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the e-commerce infrastructure during the operate phase for all Customers in Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Saudia and Africa.
• Maintain pricing protocol, approving prices in line with pricing delegations, escalating requirements outside of delegated responsibilities.
• Ensure approved pricing is circulated within the Account team.
• Maintain existing catalogues in line with Sales and End of Life requirements.
• Owning and resolving Customer support calls on the B2B Portal for all Customers registered in own Country. Liaising with Global Catalogue team and second-level support were necessary.
• Transition of Accounts from legacy portals to the new B2B portal.
• Maintenance of Customer address portfolio after initial set-up.
• Follow-up on any direct Order management activities between Sales and Customers with the Back-Office team in India.
• In charge of the Field Inventory for their respective set of countries
• Accountable to solve all DRS disputes between Customers and company for their respective set of countries
• Accountable for all metrics used within CEE and MEMA to measure our VDO activities against agreed SLAs


CERINTE

• 2-3 years experience both in the relevant market and in business development.
• Commercial awareness and business understanding.
• ESS Product / Services/ Pricing knowledge.
• Ability to learn quickly IT Products and Pricing systems.
• Ability to learn quickly IT Catalogue systems.
• Ability to learn quickly the usage of order management and B2B portal systems.
• How to create Customer satisfaction. Good Customer contact behavior.
• Team lead skills
• How to handle Customer Calls.
Education and other skills:
• University Degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Other CEE & MEMA languages will be appreciated.
• MS-Office skills (Excel macros).
