- Manage business decisions relative to the specific brand and present brand strategies and activities to the Management for review;
- Formulates and implements sales strategies to penetrate new and existing market;
- Builds up and maintains business plan within in volumes, turnovers and budgets;
- Establishes and develops effective sales and marketing approach;
- Is responsible for representing the company and relating sales policies to customers and the public;
- Represents the company and maintains regular contact with key clients;
- Develops knowledge of the major potential customers, trends, and development opportunities;
- Conducts negotiations on delivery, payment and other conditions, within the boundaries of the business plan.
- Reports periodically on the progress and results, analyse developments and make recommendations;
- Manages, supervises, appraises and motivates employees;
- Manage the recruitment and training of all brand’s staff, in liaison with the COO.
- BSc in Sport, Business or Marketing related studies; MSc and/or MBA will be an advantage;
- Attendance of Business, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Seminars and possession of relevant Certificates will be an advantage;
- 5-years previous experience in a similar position; strong background in the sport & fitness industry will be an asset;
- English - advanced level; Knowledge of Italian will be an advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to lead the growth of the brand;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team building skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Flexibility to travel within the country & abroad;
- Sales oriented, professional, ambitious and fitness passionate.
