RESPONSABILITATI

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Account Planning
Identify and Track Accounts that require Account Plans to be created
Follow up with Sales Reps to ensure account plans completed
Create timetable for reviewing Account Plans with Senior Leadership Team
Ensure Account Planning Process is documented and training materials exist

Opportunity Management
Manage and Improve opportunity management process in SFDC
Provide reports on pipeline health and follow up with Sales Teams for improvements

Bid Review
Ensure documentation exists for Bid Review Process and is updated with any changes.
Ensure EMEA Sales Team are fully training on the process
Organize and manage Bid Review meetings.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, align and ensure the annual plan and forecasts methodology , frequency and
details
Build reports, analyze indicators, communicate results
Elaborate Distribution Requirement Planning
Distributor Contracts
Coordinate meetings for New Distributor Proposals
Use standard templates to create new contracts / amendments
Coordinate signature of contracts by partners and DBD Associates
Update Sharepoint with Contract Status


CERINTE

3-5 year of experience, with a background in or general understanding of
Finance, Business Administration/ Project management
Strong analytical, good planning skills, project management and organizational skills.
Ability to clearly document processes and all the financial reports required for the business
Excellent organization and time management skills
Good sense of responsability and autonomy on requiered task
Problem solving and good initiative
Good communication skills and ability to explain process clearly
A high level of Excel ,Powerpoint,Word, SAP, Oracle skills are essential
Salesforce.com knowledge is preferred.
English fluently
