Assures the gathering of information needed for all the credit files ;
Formalize the information in preparing the financing requests;
Collects from customers the information that will be necessary to conduct the study of the financing request in the best conditions of analysis and time;
Assures the prompt and effective monitoring of financing requests;
Coordinates all these activities by facilitating its role as a link with other services through a permanent reporting on its agenda and the progress of the credit files;
Prepares the necessary reports for Commercial department;
Contributes to the administrative management of service;
Contributes to the good market image of the company by ensuring to all customers a quality service;
Maintains the relationship with the customers and the partners in order to obtain all the necessary financial information for the credit file: direct call; e-mail;
Contributes to customer loyalty and encourages them to provide the maximum of financing transactions.
Previous experience in financial sector is preferred;
University degree;
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
Motivated and fast-learner;
Ability to take ownership of and responsibility for work;
Ability to work with deadlines;
Flexible and customer oriented person;
Attention to details;
Analytical skills;
Team working skills;
Proactive attitude, common-sense.
