Horizon Recruitment is searching for one of its clients a Sales & Merchant Support!

Responsibilities:
- Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests via telephone;
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries;
- Handles and resolve customer complaints;
- Performs customer verifications;
- Offers customer support using different software applications;


CERINTE

- Proficiency in English – writing, speaking and listening;
- Very good computer literacy (using efficiently the computer, especially Microsoft Office applications);
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts (full time schedule);
- Has a great understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction;
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving and problem analysis;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment;
- Ability to absorb information easily;
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure;
