- Develop the Marketing and PR strategy for the Romanian properties in co-operation with the General Manager of Romanian Operations;
- Negotiate sales contracts, lease renewals and new lease term;
- Co-ordinate and monitor all tenant break options and rent reviews;
- Take responsibility for the ¿client service¿;
- Develop and maintain the marketing database;
- Organise various events, presentations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Degree education preferred (ideally property, marketing, business or finance);
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Basic understanding of sales and lease documentation and lease turnover;
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ¿ Advanced level;
- Flexibility and desire to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
