- Gathering and analyzing customer needs and interests; building strong business relationships and providing solutions to challenges;
- Providing customers with clear and easy to understand information pertaining to all high quality services;
- Delivering and following up on bid packages to ensure that clients have enough information to make an informed decision;
- Successfully communicating Company’s commitment to quality and passion for delivering integrated services;
- Partnering with the Company management to develop business according to branch business strategy and Company guidelines
- Maintaining open lines of communication with internal staff
- Managing multiple leads and proposals to ensure that the branch has a healthy pipeline of activity
Position Requirements:
- Experience selling large commercial development projects (crucial in area of heat and ventilation, electrical, water; experience developing business to business contacts with decision making authority;
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Macanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management or related;
- Experience with bid process, local knowledge and contacts;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to manage time;
Our Client currently have a full time position available for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be part of management team having the mission to develop new business leads in the
allocated area. This position requires strong customer service, experience selling large commercial development projects (crucial in area of heat and ventilation, electrical, water) and the ability to work closely with the branch team to ensure exceptional results.
