RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose
- To grow and develop the On-Trade Sales business (HORECA) and to ensure that sales objectives are achieved;
- Represent the brands in the sales area
Content
- Visit a defined universe of On Trade customers;
- Implement brand plans through effective implementation of customer activity and frequency of call contact;
- To develop and implement customer focussed business plans;
- To manage, implement and evaluate promotional activity (both tailored and generic) in target outlets;
- To increase sales and brands visibility according with brand guidelines and sales strategy;
- To acquire new customers in the On Trade;
- To identify opportunities and recommend action for new brand initiatives;
- Manage and control personal and brand related A & P and POS budgets and resources to optimum effect within agreed guidelines;
- Develop a network of contacts within customers to maximise brand opportunities and effectiveness of brand investment;
- Update and maintain customer database;
- Use sales reporting systems to plan, monitor, report and analyse business performance against plan;
- Gather and use comprehensive competitor information

The persons we are searching now will be in charge of the brands from LVMH ¿the world¿s leading luxury products group from Moet Hennessy range: champagne like Dom Perignon, Krug, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, spirits like Glenmorangie, Belvedere, Hennessy, other wines, vodka and whisky.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education :
- Graduate from a Business School / University
Languages :
- Fluency in Romanian and English
Professional experience & know-how :
- Good knowledge of local trade practices
- Very sensitive to premium W&S environment
- Thorough understanding of On-Trade sector
- Previous experience from sales in an international company.
- Good address book is a plus
