The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- To assist sales&marketing manager
- To assure the communication in the commercial department
- To be in communication with the other departments to collect the statistics and then make the consolidation
- To develop, manage and update commercial reporting
- To manage PR activities
- To support communication activities
- To organize the commercial and the support activities
- University degree
- No experience needs (any experience in the logistics field or in the marketing, sales departments will be a plus)
- Good knowledge of commercial procedures and techniques
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and flexible working schedule
- Very good communication and analytical skills
- Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation;
- Proficiency in English and French
- Excellent computer skills: MSOffice, Internet
- Driving licence B category - High motivation and team work approach is a must
