The responsibilities shall include:
Managing the sales force who¿s operating in the different sales offices of the company.
Developing a professional sales team, and leading it to out standing performance.
Coordinating all the related activities to support sales, including interface with all in house departments and with all relevant third parties such as law firms, banks and architects.
Implementing management strategy into the ongoing activity.
Interfacing with all the leading companies in the industry and developing relationship and strengthening the company¿s network.
Key Activities will include:
- Maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers operating within the sales agents.
- Working closely with the company team in order to implement their sales programs in the company day-to-day activity;
- Assisting in identifying new sales perspectives and driving business growth;
- Preparing periodical activity reports for management;
- Monitoring competition and supervise the activities in sales environment.
-At least 3 years experience in a sales, with a proven track record of managing a sales team; previous work experience in real estate is a plus
-Customer focused, goal oriented and ability act and work independently;
-Self-motivated, ambitious and hard-working, able to work under stress and to operate in a challenging working environment, and to deal with multi integrated tasks;
