RESPONSABILITATI

The Sales Manager Traditional Channels (please REF: SMTrC) is responsible for sales of heating appliances (wall hung combo-boilers, stand boilers) in the Romanian market, through different channels (e.g. wholesalers) to specialists, technical clients, installers, distributors, white goods retail stores.
The Sales Manager Tender Channels (please REF: SMTeC) is responsible for sales of heating appliances (wall hung combo-boilers, stand boilers) in the Romanian market, through the tender channels to building companies, architects, engineering offices, specifiers, etc.
They both hierarchically reports to the Sales Director for Romania.
For both the positions, the activity consist in:
- Defining and implementing the area annual sales budget;
-Developing business in his area of responsibility, by identifying needs and opportunities of the specific market;
- Building a network of specifiers (specialists, technical clients, installers, distributors, white goods retail stores respectively architects, engineers etc.);
- To frequently and intensively visit present and potential customers;
- To identify and develop new customers;
- To draft offers both from technical and financial point of views;
- To increase sales volume and turnover in the area of responsibility;
- To offer sales support, regarding the orders and follow up payments of clients;
- To cooperate and interact synergically with the Marketing Manager and the Technical Assistance Department;
- To manage the reporting system as required by the company.


CERINTE

- Technical degree;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales activities, preferably in heating appliances (wall hung combo boilers, stand boilers) through different distribution channels (traditional and tender chanells);
- Autonomy, initiative, results orientation;
- Planning, organization and communication;
- Relationship management, dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
- Team-player in a small team;
- Availability to travel;
- English knowledge;
- PC knowledge (Office).
