To define and implement the area annual sales budget;
To develop business in his area of responsibility by identifying needs and opportunities of the specific market;
To frequently and intensively visit present and potential customers;
To identify and develop new customers;
To increase sales volume and turnover in the area of responsibility;
To offer sales support, regarding the orders and follow up payments of clients;
To cooperate and interact synergically with the Marketing Manager and the Technical Assistance Department;
To manage the reporting system as required by the company.
For one of our clients, a multinational company, a leader in the thermo-sanitary field, we are looking for a Sales Manager Traditional Channel.
Requirements:
Technical degree;
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales activities, preferably in heating appliances (wall hung combo boilers, stand boilers) through different distribution channels (e.g. wholesalers, DIYs, white goods retail stores);
Autonomy, initiative, results orientation;
Planning, organization and communication;
Relationship management, dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
Team-player in a small team;
Availability to travel;
English knowledge;
PC knowledge (Office).
