- To profitably sell HVP (Heating Ventilation Products) products, consisting in Comfort Control products which will be implemented in small and medium residential buildings, on the Romanian market in the designated area;
- To develop and maintain a Distribution and Value Added Partner network, throughout the designated area for HVP products (Thermostats, Chronoterms, OTC Controllers and field devices, Thermostatic Valves, preprogrammed HVAC controllers)
- To fulfill operational objectives
Main responsibilities:
- To identify and develop potential distributors, re-sellers and other companies (value added partner companies);
- To conclude agreements with such partner companies and to maintain partnership;
- To prepare offers and quotations, to follow-up and to get the contract for;
- To propose to the Supervisor and to the Division management the strategic plan and the action plans;
- To maintain and strengthen customer contacts with end users and distributors;
- To execute and implement the approved strategies and plans and to report action based and regularly.
- Technical university graduate;
- Excellent sales skills and negotiation skills;
- Minimum 5 years sales experience;
- Proven track record clients, established network within industry;
- Experience in building automation, heating equipment, HVAC field is an advantage;
- Results-driven, dynamic, tenacious, flexible;
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Able to meet tight deadline;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Availability for travel at least 70% of the time (in the country and abroad).
