The Challenge:
The Sales Manager has direct marketing and sales responsibility for the development of sales of seamless pipes to Romania/Bulgaria/ Moldova.
He/She will be requested to be a driver and develop on his own sales to new customers and will therefore be granted a high level of autonomy.
Representative Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishing of the marketing plan , including market size in various countries and identifying potential customer base with their market share;
- Approach the customers and develop sales to the countries based on support from the mill within the group
- Traveling, visiting the customers together with technical representatives of the mill
- Communication with the mill and back-office in contract administration and shipment execution
- Post - sales customer support and evaluation
- Direct responsibility for profitability of the Pipe Sales Division, develops budgets and cost estimates
- 3-5 years experience in sales of seamless pipes markets
- Good product knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated interpersonal/communication
skills within cross cultural environment
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
- English is mandatory
