Our client, a multinational company with over 50 years experience in electrical power services and products is expanding its business on the Romanian market.
We are looking for an experienced SALES MANAGER ready to be part of a fast expanding company and be involved in developing long term relationships with clients on the Romanian market.
Responsibilities:
* Built up a client's database and monitor market trends, with an emphasis on competitors;
* Undertake the whole Business Development process: client meetings, present the company's solutions and create customized offers for clients;
* Prepare documents for the sales processes;
* Control the deliveries to customers;
* Involved in budgeting and periodic forecasting.
The ideal candidate must have:
* At least 5 years experience in sales, preferable in a company from the energy field (electricity producers, power plants);
* Very good network of contacts in the energy/electricity industry;
* University degree preferable in a technical field (electricity engineering, power engineering);
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
* Ability to work individually with a great hands on approach;
* Very good written and spoken English skills.
The job is home based and requires extended traveling time in Romania.
