ISG Personnel Management is looking for his client, a leading producer of Aluminum systems from Greece, member of an International Group, to appoint for its subsidiary in Bucharest a Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Company’s Administrator, the appointed person will have the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring of market status, regarding both company and competition
- Evaluating, modifying and implementing specific marketing plan
- Follow – up and reporting of achieved results vs set targets
- Further develop the existing retail network
The ideal candidate should possess:
- University degree, preferably in the field of Engineering
- 2-3 years experience in sales of Industrial Products. Knowledge of Aluminum sector is considered a must
- Well balanced between selling and organizational skills, thus leading by example
- Exposure to an international environment is desirable
- English & P.C. Fluent (particularly MS Excel)
- Orientation towards results and capacity to perform well under pressure
