RESPONSABILITATI

The Relationship Manager represents the main interface of the Company with its clients and its partners, by directly promoting its products, services and it images in the target market.

- Responsible for managing the lease requests coming from group network and for setting up new business relationships with lease transaction originators (i.e. equipment vendors, construction companies, etc) and prospect clients in order to ensure the distribution of the Company’s lease financing products.
- Identifies, targets and wins new business opportunities in the target corporate client market; builds relationships within the business community, networking and following up with potential business partners.
- Manages existing business relationship portfolio and undertakes ongoing relationship management in respect of leasing products; responsible for achieving the quantitative and qualitative targets (volume and profitability) set out in relationship with the portfolio of existing and prospect customers.
- Evaluates the viability of the prospective business relationship for leasing, identifying needs and matching with appropriate lease structures; prepares reports/business proposals with recommendations for sanction by the Company’s Board of Directors and other approval bodies within the Group.
- Prepares presentations, documents, proposals, etc for negotiation with each new client/prospect client, working closely with the Head of Sales / Managing Directors and Account Manager peers of the group (if the case).
- Provides quality field support and service to the business partners and customers; develops strong relationships with external partners and internal teams to effectively service customer requirements.


CERINTE

- University degree (preferably Finance/Economics/Law)
- Relevant sales/business development record and minimum 3 years experience preferably gained in banking or leasing industry; proven experience in structuring and managing real estate financing (for corporate clients) is a distinct advantage.
- A good knowledge of the local business market and practices with emphasis on real estate sector, as would a network of local business introducers (although this is not essential).
- Excellent selling and negotiating abilities as well as interpersonal skills when building and maintaining relationships; ability to influence and impact business partners' decisions and negotiate and agree business terms at a senior level.
- Proactive, target-driven, sales-motivated and dynamic, as well as having the ability to communicate on all levels internal and external and work well within the group infrastructure; ability to liaise with developers, surveyors, brokers, evaluators, lawyers and internal departments to ensure practical and efficient administration is offered from the onset.
- Driving license B category
- Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Availability to travel in the country and abroad
