RESPONSABILITATI

- Market analysis, analysis of competition;
- Determination of market strategies and branch focus;
- Determination of key customers/key projects, creation of customer lists;
- Working out of strategies for solutions with the customer;
- Initiating and creating offers, assuring technical and contractual regularity, systematic offer processing, negotiating until offer finalization in order to win the order;
- Coordination of the financial consulting – for customers/interested parties in financial questions;
- Ensuring that the order is confirmed and processed so that the work is started;
- Observation of the competitor activities and corresponding sales consideration;
- Win-Loss analysis;
- Regular customer care, planning of the customer development, maximize utilization of customer stock also in regard of cross-selling;
- Establishing of strategic partnerships in branch environment.


CERINTE

- Industry specific know-how, knowledge of the requirements of the respective customer industry and the strategies of competitors;
- Knowledge of business administration;
- Knowledge of the essential value chain at the customer;
- University graduate of electronical engineer or industrial engineer;
- Over 3 years experience in the plant area;
- Experience as a project manager – advantage;
- Good knowledge of English or German;
- Creativity;
- Results oriented;
- Communication skills;
- Customer orientation;
- Analytic skills;
- Negotiation skills.
