ISG Personnel Management is looking for his client a person as Sales Manager, who will be able to develop and successfully lead sales and customer service teams.
RESPONSABILITIES
- to manage the work and results of the customer service team, ensuring best practices are implemented and followed;
- to set targets for the new sales in line with the corporate budget; to ensure targets are met by the sales representatives;
- to supervise the relations between customers and the company;
- to manage the most important client accounts of the company;
- to manage human resources within the sales department;
- to perform analyses of the market and competition: prices, special sales offers, trends;
- to permanently collaborate with the company’s management to decide upon the marketing policy, the product and price strategies, the trade policy;
- to check the activity and sales reports of the team he/she coordinates;
- to present the sales results of the entire sales team in front of local and regional management;
- to regularly analyze activity, draft reports and suggest solutions in order to improve
- university degree;
- minimum 3 years experience in sales management;
- good knowledge of sales techniques and specific trends;
- good English skills;
- solid PC operating skills – MS Windows Suite, especially advanced Excel;
- strong analytical skills, ability to present information in a precise and coherent form;
- dynamic, flexible, excellent leader, decision-making abilities, result-oriented, very good negotiator;
- initiative and adaptability, good time organization;
- activity prioritization and delegation ability, team motivation skills, trainer skills;
- assuming responsibilities, calculated risks, logical thinking, pragmatism, ability to work under pressure;
- mandatory driver’s license;
- Possibility to work in a multinational company with very strong growth perspectives;
