Budgeting, coordination and control of the sales team;
Coordination and development of the sales team for metallurgical products distribution company;
Develop sales strategy;
Attend specific objectives by implementing company strategy;
Supervise Key Customer relationships;
Identify and build relationships with new key partners;
Gain and maintain familiarity with customers' markets and businesses, with marketplace trends, and with the competitive environments;
Assist in identifying new sales perspectives and develop business ;
Implement new products on the market;
Reporting;
Representing company at professional exhibitions, trades (Romania).
University degree is required, Technical Degree (Metallic Materials Engineering- Metallurgy would be a plus);
Minimum 5 years experience in a sales position, last 2 years in sales metallurgical products;
Previous experience in metallurgical field would be an asset;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strategic thinking;
Leadership abilities;
Enthusiastic and pro-active attitude, results oriented;
Able to absorb technical information;
Flexible and adaptable;
Very good command of English, German would be a plus;
Computer literacy;
Able to travel on a regular basis;
Driving license.
