Now is your chance to demonstrate your sales and management ability in High Profile Position for a company activating in IT services industry.

your main tasks would be:

- proactively and systematically develop new direct business as a contributor while also to develop and manage the Sales Team (2 persons)
- develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability
- prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval
- control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- university degree
- 3 years experience in services sales (IT is an advantage)
- fluent English language
- commercial orientation (able to plan and implement sales strategies)
- business developer
- excellent communication skills, diplomacy and professionalism
- results orientation
