JOB PURPOSE:
Manages sales of Rominserv's industrial services to maximize revenues and meet corporate objectives. The Sales Manager will be selling a complete solution consisting in EPCM services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements a pro-active competitive sales strategy for the company;
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services;
- Identifies and wins business from new and existing sources;
- Performs presentations and negotiates with new accounts;
- Participates and represents the company to auctions and tenders (prepares bids);
- Develops close, long term and productive relationships with major clients, generating business relationships which provide the company with sales opportunities;
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client-base expansion;
- Resolves business/financial issues on contracts;
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition;
- Works with the Marketing Department as a cross-functional team to translate clients' needs and direction into services and products definition and design.
- Bachelor`s Degree (technical background represents a significant advantage); additional training in business or sales management is required;
- Three or more years of experience in business to business sales of industrial services / products, with at least 1 year of experience in sales management;
- Experience in setting up or developing new markets and generating business partnerships;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet);
- English proficiency;
- Driving license - type B;
- Self-starter, highly energetic and innovative person with excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational, motivational and management skills.
