RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, unique distributor of one the most important and established industrial lubricant, we are looking for a Sales Manager

Achieve Profit and Sales targets.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategy and realization of the companies targets.
Maintain and strengthen the excellent commercial relations of the most important clients and markets where Company is active or where current opportunities exist.
Develop high-level relationships within targeted key accounts
Analyze and evaluate assigned zone territory/account regarding sales trends and potentials, competition, economic/business conditions; recommend changes to make territory/account more effective in meeting sales volume quotas.
Set, monitor and correct selling prices and conditions for clients and end users. Monitor and assess the success and effectiveness of sales activities in his particular market especially compared to forecast and plan, and prepare periodic reports and analyses for review with senior management.
Prepare annual sales forecast for assigned territory/ market, projecting sales volume based on knowledge of zone sales trends and potentials, area competition and economic/business conditions.
Research and identify changing customer and market needs/requirements and work with the engineering group in developing new or improved product applications.
Attend and participate in Company sales meetings and trade or industry meetings, shows and conventions to increase knowledge of the company’s products, improve selling techniques and cultivate good working relationships with accounts and product users.
Prepare various correspondence, reports and forms related to daily activities, expenses, etc.


CERINTE

Strong experience in sales management and business development in and industrial markets (minimum 3+ years of previous experience)
Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good understanding of the principles of portfolio management and enterprise level selling.
Should have a strong passion for exceptional excellence to serve clients.
Results driven, strategically strong, innovative, and client and market driven.
High level of business acumen and market savvy.
A high energy level, passion and strong work ethic.
Fluent English, computer proficiency with MS Office
