Together with one of our clients, a multinational company specialized in the manufacture of racking and storage systems for warehouse storage requirements, we are looking for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Managing a field sales team of 6/8 people:
- Managing and monitoring:- sales calls, quote banks, activity, quality of presentations, closing skills and order intake performance (quote – order ratio);
- Coaching and identifying areas of individuals performance that need improving;
- Developing a high level networking, across the our market place including customers, potential customers, suppliers, complementary suppliers, fork-lift trucks, conveyors, etc.;
- Achieving agreed levels of business and profit.
Managing the sales office function:
- Taking ultimate responsibility for the lead generation telephone marketing roll against a set of agreed targets;
- Taking responsibility for the preorder process and ensuring that best proposals are prepared.
- Being responsible for the marketing function against agreed targets/budgets.
- Experience in coordinating a team;
- Relevant Experience in sales – preferably within a similar industry;
- Closing skills, the ability to network at high levels;
- High achiever, driven by success with coaching and leadership skills;
- Technical university background;
- Good command of English language.
- Self-development, challenging and rewarding environment;
