The Sales Manager is responsible for building business for the restaurant through direct and indirect sales techniques including all planning components of private and large party dining and community marketing initiatives. The Sales Manager leads and strengthens partnerships with internal and external clients that result in delivering a competitively superior dining experience. In addition, the Sales Manager is responsible for partnering with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef Partner to ensure each event is flawlessly executed against the company’s philosophies. The Sales Manager interacts closely with individuals at all levels throughout the concept to ensure efforts are directed toward attaining company goals. He is also responsible of attracting new clients in all segments;
Regular visits and agreements with large and prestigious clients,
Identification of potential new accounts and assuring the corresponding sales activities to attract these clients;
Ensures permanent observation of the market and competitors, involvement in drawing up analyses of competitors and statistics;
