The main responsibilities of the future employee will be:
- identifying new clients and building a clients portfolio;
- maintaining a good relationship with the clients;
- office activities;
- PR activities;
- forming the team and manage it (1 employee at the beginning, later 2-3 employees).
For our client, a multinational company from the motorcycles spare parts field, we are looking for a Sales Manager for Romania.
The ideal candidate should have:
- technical degree;
- previous good selling experience for technical products (in the motorcycle spare parts field is a plus);
- excellent selling and negotiation skills;
- ability to stay focused on performance;
- willingness of being involved in reaching the best results;
- good availability to travel;
- good PC skills;
- fluency in English (Bulgarian is a plus);
and to be:
- enthusiastic for the products;
- dynamic and self-reliance;
- willing to develop a career in this field.
