Our client, Multinational producer of cosmetics and hygiene products is looking for a Sales Manager located in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Develop company Sales in Romania
- Manage retail distribution channel (International Key Accounts, Local Key Accounts, Distributors and Wholesalers) and ensure its continuous growth in sales and profitability
- Provide monthly reports showing progress made, market and account updates and future plans
- Anticipate all kind of threats in managing business
- Have an awareness of all competitor activity and report back when appropriate
- Manage all commercial activity in the above territory.
- At least 5 years commercial sales experience especially in retail Key Accounts management with a proven track record of opening new accounts and developing business
- Experience in managing budgets
- Ability to lead and implement effective market based strategic plans
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Advanced negotiations skills
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Graduate degree preferably in business disciplines
- PC literacy (excel must)
- Enthusiastic but realistic, “can do” attitude
- Very good English skills, other language CEE skills would be advantageous.
