-	Analyzes and understands business market, make decisions regarding sales process and implements best practices in the field;
-	Identifies new opportunities for business development;
-	Implements sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives;
-	Initiates business relations with potential customers; Visits important customers;
-	Contracts negotiation;
-	Maintains relationship with clients;
-	Building, developing, coaching and training sales consultants team;
-	Follows and supervises the results (daily, weekly, monthly) through reports and visits on the field; 
-	Participates at the professional development programs;
-	Manage the department budget and work to achieve financial targets;
-	Make a major contribution to the strategic direction of the company;
-	University degree;
-	At least 4 years work experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in business services sales;
-	At least 2 years work experience in a management position;
-	Clear motivation and vision of further personal and professional growth as well as strong potential for such a growth;
-	Full of energy, active, creative and positive, with entrepreneurial approach, results oriented person;
-	High level of organizational, negotiation and analytical capabilities; 
-	Fast thinking, good decision maker;
-	Fluency in English;
-	Good PC abilities (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet);
-	Very good knowledge of Romanian business market;
-	Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills;
-	Good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
