Reporting to Regional Automotive segment Manager based outside Romania and coordinating a team of sales which covers all regions the candidate will manage the sales and distribution of car accessories equipments and lubricants .
¿ Managing sales & distribution of car accessories & oil products
¿ Manage and coach a team of Accounts Managers and Distributors (within Automotive industry)
¿ to maintain, straighten and develop customer portfolio and Kery Accounts Clients
¿ To achieve , set up and monitor individual, team and distributors sales targets
¿ Provide regular contact and info to key clients and distributors
¿ Recruit, manage and reviews team performance
¿ Manage and monitor team sales budget
¿ Assist the planning and development of sales campaigns
¿ 4-5 years in sales /2-4 years sales management position
¿ experience in Sales , marketing and Key Accounts Client management
¿ experience in managing a business line and its budget
¿ Universitary degree ( technical background or awareness )
¿ Fluent English
¿ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
