RESPONSABILITATI

Now is your chance to demonstrate your sales and management ability in High Profile Position for a strong player in electrical market, specialized in secure power supply, control and security of low voltage electrical energy, for the industrial and services sectors. Your main responsibilities will cover:

To grow the sales targets, achievements and profitability (keeping the payment safe) by taking direct initiative in the sales process;
To be an example in managing his own clients portfolio and participate actively in the business development process;
To set up, manage and develop the sales team;
To coordinate the pre – sales activities for the two directions: internal support and subscribers prospection;
To identify new ways to attract customers, to develop new markets, coordinate the process of attracting new customers and keeping the old ones;
To elaborate the annual sales plan and implements the general strategy for achieving the company's sales objectives;
To participate in fares and other initiatives to raise the profile of the Company in Romania
To apply and develop the KPI culture within the team;
To help the sales persons in the negotiation process for large contracts;
To implement and apply the corporate Customer Relations Management;
To use and apply marketing knowledge in order to contribute to the achievement of the sales objectives;
To make regular reports to the Managing Director and the company headquarters;
To attend regular sales meetings, internal or external courses (Regular business travel -3 to 4 days per week, including travel abroad -visits to HQ, commercial seminars)


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Minimum 5 years experience in sales;
Experience or familiarity with the electrical products related to industrial field;
Sales driven: used to working by sales objectives where the responsibility is compatible with the budget requested (3 to 4 million EUR);
Hunter commercial orientation;
Good knowledge of sales techniques and excellent negotiation skills;
Relevant experience in a leadership position (proven experience in running and managing a team of salesmen);
Ethical and moral behavior, integrity and accountability within the company;
Tenacity: resistance to social and professional pressure;
Communication techniques, organizational management, leadership, basic economic knowledge, technical skills, trade policies, price policies, knowledge of negotiation techniques and conflict resolution;
Ability to liaise both within the Company (which includes international contacts) and externally with customers (raising the profile of the Company and its products/services in Romania)
Good knowledge of English;
Studies / experience in technical field / electrical power – it’s a plus;
Very good computer skills (especially MS Office);
Clean Driving license.
