RESPONSABILITATI

-Supervise Sales Force's activity on Romanian territory
-Set and follow up objectives and criteria of evaluation of activity for all the Sales Reps
-Co-ordinate sales force action on the territory per range of product
-Identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends and developmental opportunities
-Represents company and maintains relations with important clients, authorities
-Identify and validate KOL to support Sales Reps Activity
-Set up events related to the company's activity
-Train the sales force according to the needs identified (products, selling skills, etc..)
-Manages, supervises, appraises and motivates employees from his subordination
-Organizes activities, defines priorities, controls progress and quality of the performance within the departments subordinated
-Maintain a strong customer focus. Link the business vision with customer needs and market place conditions.
-Effectively communicate the business vision and strategies to sales team.
-Prioritizing sales team goals, projects and plans appropriately


CERINTE

-Pharmaceutical or medical doctor.
-Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical industry in a stable position
-Established opinion leader relationships
-Autonomous in his/her own actions but able to work with a team, sharing information
-Loyalty, Integrity
-Leadership, Organising skills
-Excel / Power point mandatory
-English fluent
