Work closely with the Commercial Director to implement the sales strategy and motivate the team.
Participating in the definition and implementation of a commercial action plan of new prospects,
Collaborating with the international supervisors in order to participate in international tenders and for “cross-selling” opportunities,
Organizing the sales team, participates in the recruitment and integration of new members of staff,
Defining, together with the staff, the quantitative and qualitative objectives that must be achieved,
Taking appropriate measures for the purpose of motivating the sales team,
Establishing and making sure that the procedures and regulations in force within the company are followed by the members of the team,
Providing all the data referring to the activity and which are necessary for the various reports submitted to ALD Romania and to ALD International,
Work together with the other departments of the company to achieve the targets.
Upon written request from the hierarchical supervisors, occasionally fulfilling other tasks which are specific to the activity of the entity where he/she operates and which are stipulated in the normative documents of the Bank, without changing his/her type of work.
Bachelor Degree or above required
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational leasing/automotive industry
Minimum 3 years experience in a team management
Good computer knowledge (Ms- office, word , power-point, outlook);
Good command of English language.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships with all stakeholders to the business
A dynamic person, creative and initiative, enterprising, hard working
Strong people management and ability to motivate and drive a team
Strength in communication and negotiation skills, excellent skills to develop the business networking.
Able to work under pressure and in an international environment
Good technical abilities within car industry
Service sales oriented person who likes cars, high achiever to meet company objectives
