Entry level position covering the following:
1. Basic secretarial work (word processing, telephone and reception, office mail handling, meeting organizing, office supplying and administration etc)
2. Reports concluding for office expenses, data colleting and primary processing
3. Presentations, marketing material, ordering and preparations
4. Daily and weekly press review
5. Developing professional relationships with the present and potential partners and coworkers
1. PC skills: word processors, spreadsheets, presentations ( MS Office Package, Internet)
2. Good knowledge of English
3. Very well organized person and effective, communicative, fast learner, self-motivated, flexible, persevered, professional, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
4. Good knowledge of protocol requirements and the general etiquette, social and local customs.
5. Person who is able to cope with stress and work extra hours, if required;
6. Person who is able to use office equipment ¿ advantage
7. Driving license and frequent car user ¿ advantage
8. Experience in a similar position - advantage

This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate looking for a starting job but for the possibility to step-up when gaining more experience, too
Starting salary: 6.000.000 ROL/month net
Bonus policy: Based on the employee performance evaluation at the end of the year
