On behalf of our client, a leading international real-estate company, we are searching for SALES MANAGER.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and understand market conditions, make decisions regarding sales process and implement best practices in the field
- Coordinate the entire commercial activity
- Implement sales strategies and contribute to the achievemt of commercial objectives
- Act as a supervisor for the branch managers of each division
- Manage the department budget and work towards meeting financial targets
- Make a major contribution to the strategic direction of the company
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of real estate environment
- Past experience of regional/national sales management is essential
- Fluency in English
- Very good computer skills
- Dynamic personality, open and highly persuasive communication style that will motivate employees, customers and suppliers alike
