You will be responsible for setting up an effective sales organisation on the Romanian market, by establishing an accurate business and a functional system;
You will be responsible for implementing marketing and lobbying strategy by establishing measurable sales objectives, allocate sales territories and targets and maintaining contact with key customers;
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining close and stable relationships in the banking, postal and lottery market;
You will motivate and provide leadership to a team of young professionals in order to achieve the business' objectives and improve key performance indicators;
You will be accountable for managing organizational interfaces as accounting and legal areas;
You will recommend and develop effective strategies to adapt to the market changes.
You have University Degree and professional sales experience; investment goods or banking segment business is preferred;
You have technical background for banking automated systems;
You have developed excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills and are able to work under constant pressure and meet strict deadlines;
You are able to delegate responsibilities, establish performance objectives and evaluate results;
You have also capacity to maximize profit;
You are charismatic, highly responsible and self confident;
You have excellent English knowledge, computer proficiency and driving license.
