RESPONSABILITATI

MISSION:
- To develop und execute sales- objectives, -strategy, - concepts based on the country strategy ¿ together wit General Manager Romania and importer
- To build sales activities based on strategic targets and sales figures (turn over, sales staff, number of costumers, costumer visits, business areas (modern trade, traditional trade, HoReCa))
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To make the yearly sales budget, forecasts
- Key Account Management
- Annual appraisals
- To list products incl. improvement of storage rack and category management
- To plan and coordinate marketing activities, Sales actions and promotions
- To plan diversification and product line
- Price policy
- Competitor analysis
- Market observation incl. scouting trends
- To acquire new costumers in modern trade, build up traditional trade and HoReCa
- Leading the sales staff


CERINTE

- University graduate (Preferably Management)
- Sales professional with experience in FMCG, ideal also in Traditional Trade and HoReCa
- Minimum demand: 2 Years FMCG
- Excellent market and costumer know how
- Passionate and open minded
- Target and result oriented
- English (and ideal also German) ¿ good knowledge
