On behalf of our client, a lider of the Romanian services market, we are looking for a Sales Manager whose key responsibilities include:
- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Providing adequate forecasting and reporting for his opportunities.
- Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets (in Romania or abroad).
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Creating and conducting proposal presentations and responses.
- Managing the legal, fiscal, financial aspects on the offers.
- Negotiating the project with customer.
- Developing a clear understanding of competitors, their priorities and their competitive strengths.
- Controlling expenses to meet sales budget guidelines. Planning and administering the firm¿¿¿s Sales Operations budget. Participating to Master Budget finalization.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Acting as a company advocate and embody the company¿¿¿s values: people, passion, creativity and excellence.
- Bachelor and Master degree in Marketing, Business or Communication required.
- At least 5 years experience in sales coordinator role within professional services environment.
- Very good knowledge of English. Another foreign language is a must.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Knowledge of the 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Balanced Scorecard would be a big advantage.
- Advanced PC knowledge.
- Very good communication and negotiations skills.
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well at all levels in the organization or outdoors.
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible hours and to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel.
