RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose: Develop and implement the sales strategy at national level on the allocated range of products. Efficiently organize, control and manage the activity, in order to reach the company¿s targets and obtain positive economical results.

Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing the annual sales and development plan
- Achieving sales objectives (quantity, valoric) defined in the sales plan for the allocated product range
- Coordinating and involving in sales process
- Monitoring the products¿ sales to existing clients through the sales representatives
- Ensuring the sales estimations in order to avoid the lack in stock levels
- Identifying the best promotion channels for the allocated products
- Ensuring market analysis and monitoring of competition
- Developing periodical sales reports


CERINTE

Main requirements:
- University degree, preferrably technical
- Experience in construction materials sales - minimum 2 years
- Advanced PC knowledge: Windows, MS Office
- Economical knowledge
- General knowledge on tehcniques used in construction materials field (knowledge of insullate systems is an advantage)
- Foreign languages: English: excellent command; German ¿ is a plus
- Very good planning and organizing abilities; communication skills
- Analytical and strategical thinking
- Initiative and assuming responsibility
