RESPONSABILITATI

Forum Consult RO develops a recruitment and selection project for the position of Sales Manager Romania, for a multinational company specialized in IT Services and SW Solutions.


Tasks and Responsibilities
• Supports corporate sales strategy
• Is in charge of: market research and analysis, account management, acquisition of new clients
• Development and execution of marketing plans
• Defines and realizes project selling strategies including planning of expenses, price calculation, contract, cost controlling, after-sales-service
• Accounts receivable management


CERINTE

Personnel Profile / Required Qualifications
• Commercial or technical diploma with several years of sales experience
• Experience in logistic market area preferred
• Commercial and administration knowledge and experience (financing, contracts, receivable accounts)
• Languages skills: English, German an advantage
• Knowledge of the market and competitors
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to enthuse him/herself and others
• Temporal and geographical flexibility
• Experience in project management
• Decisive and assertive, result and success oriented
