RESPONSABILITATI

Main purpose of the job: defines & implements the sales strategy for the company operation.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the sales operations and department budget
-Develops, reviews and implements short and long-range sales strategies in order to ensure the effective functioning of the company¿s sales and marketing activity
-Ensures that consolidated sales forecasts are prepared and that analysis of competitive products, consumer research and market research is adequately carried out
-Formulates and secures approval for annual and multi-year sales plans
-Keeping himself/herself fully informed all times of product development and company policies
-Ensures that recruitment, development and training of sales team meet short and long-term company objectives
-Co-ordinates and manages in the most efficient manner the activity of the local sales responsible
-Conduct the sales activity within the framework of company ethical policies.


CERINTE

-2-3 years experience in Sales activity
-Experience in managing, coaching and developing sales teams
-Experience in selling financial products
-Good knowledge of English
-Client oriented
-Communicative person, flexible, open minded
-Very good managerial skills.
