RESPONSABILITATI

• To manage the work and results of the customer service team, ensuring best practices are implemented and followed;
• to set targets for the new sales in line with the corporate budget; to ensure targets are met by the sales representatives;
• to supervise the relations between customers and the company;
• to manage the most important client accounts of the company;
• to manage human resources within the sales department;
• to perform analyses of the market and competition: prices, special sales offers, trends;
• to permanently collaborate with the company’s management to decide upon the marketing policy, the product and price strategies, the trade policy;
• to check the activity and sales reports of the team he/she coordinates;
• to present the sales results of the entire sales team in front of local and regional management;
• to regularly analyze activity, draft reports and suggest solutions in order to improve the sales activity;


CERINTE

• university degree;
• minimum 3 years experience in sales management;
• good knowledge of sales techniques and specific trends;
• good English skills;
• solid PC operating skills – MS Windows Suite, especially advanced Excel;
• strong analytical skills, ability to present information in a precise and coherent form;
• dynamic, flexible, excellent leader, decision-making abilities, result-oriented, very good negotiator;
• initiative and adaptability, good time organization;
• activity prioritization and delegation ability, team motivation skills, trainer skills;
• assuming responsibilities, calculated risks, logical thinking, pragmatism, ability to work under pressure;
• mandatory driver’s license;
