RESPONSABILITATI

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Sales Objectives Management

• Review Sales (own) budget’s controlled/non-controlled, export/import, client level
• Review performance targets with outdoor sales and analyze performance (budget vs. actual)
• Discuss and assist the making of plan of action to improve performance and update account plan with outdoor sales

2. Account Marketing Management

• Update monthly forecast
• Provide monthly update to the General Manager
• Ensure strategy is well known and understood
• Manage and ensure sales team is forecasting accurately per contractual Client based on Client strategy document

3. Activity Management

• Prepare client interaction (set pre-meeting objectives) and make post-meeting report
• Keep client SOP’s up-to-date and assure action items are communicated to all stakeholders
• Incoming and outgoing communications (e-mail messages/requests/faxes) to be attended to by the next working day or within 24 hours
• Advise and support outdoor sales with outbound mails to answer messages received from overseas office or clients
• Assist in following up with clients with outstanding freight where Finance department has not yielded desired results – for clients
• Handle sales related internal and external visitors. Prepare ad-hoc presentations for clients and internal visitors

5. Contact Management

• Create Client Database
• Update Client information in the Client Database

6. Reporting

• Draw reports for analysis and monitoring of client base

7. Opportunity Management

• Create opportunity reports and sales leads
• Re-evaluate profitability to Mainrom Line. Prepare negotiation strategy
• Review sales budget/target in consideration of opportunity outcome
• Close opportunity by mark as won or mark as lost in any stage after identified as necessary

8. Campaign Management

• Execute campaign externally (letter, e-mail, call)
• Register Client response (positive /negative)
• Analyze Customer Satisfaction Survey results from Clients. Ensure Custiomer Satisfaction Survey goals are reached

9. General Matters

• Drive implementation of process best practice and improvement initiatives as required by CEO
• Be responsible for self improvement through coaching session with CEO
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities based on information available in the market on the industry/segments
• Keep management abreast on market and competitor analysis or changes in operational and organizational setup that impact Mainrom Line market status positively or negatively.
• Express thoughts and ideas for personal training and development, as well as that of department in order to perform better in current and future job functions in the company.

Mainrom Line SRL is a fast growing company involved in Container transportation all over the world. It also operates container barges on Danube. Mainrom Line target is to develop container transportation from all over the world and also to promote transportation over Danube.
