Recrutam pentru clientul nostru, lider de piata in domeniul serviciilor, SALES MANAGER.
- Analyzes and understands business market, make decisions regarding sales process and implements best practices in the field;
- Identifies new opportunities for business development;
- Implements sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives;
- Initiates business relations with potential customers;
- Contracts negotiation;
- Building, developing, coaching and training sales consultants team;
- Participates at the professional development programs;
- Manages the department budget and work to achieve financial targets;
- Makes a major contribution to the strategic direction of the company.
- University degree;
- At least 4 years work experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in business services sales;
- At least 1 year work experience in a management position;
- Clear motivation and vision of further personal and professional growth as well as strong potential for such a growth;
- Full of energy, active, creative and positive, with entrepreneurial approach, results oriented person;
- High level of organizational, negotiation and analytical capabilities;
- Fast thinking, good decision maker;
- Fluency in English;
- Good PC abilities (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet);
- Very good knowledge of Romanian business market.
