- Manages the branch in Bucharest efficiently and develop a successful business unit;
- Controls all activities of the branch in order to provide a smooth operation of all processes;
- Cooperates with the Head office in Budapest
- Supervises, organise and plans the work of sales teams;
- Works closely with marketing staff and with field sales representatives;
- Plans and set sales targets for teams and individual sales people;
- Recruits and trains sales staff, introduces new products or sales schemes;
- Allocates sales areas, compiles and analyses sales data;
- Provides regular reports to the management;
- Handling and expansion of the already existing client' portfolio
- 3-4 years in a similar position;
- Business skills and commercial awareness;
- Strong motivational skills and good management ability;
- Initiative and enthusiasm;
- Excellent knowledge of company products and those of competitors - pre-recorded CD and DVD replication;
- Good communication skills;
- Good organizational and administration skills, especially in working with figures;
- The ability to work calmly under pressure;
- Skills in IT and, for overseas work and reporting,
- Language skills - 3-4 years in a similar position;
