RESPONSABILITATI

To Develop and manage a Sales Plan
- Analyze the potential PC-WARE solution and business within the corporate and territory accounts and develops plans to maximize sales results
- Collaborate with PC-WARE account teams to qualify identified opportunities.

To Execute Channel Strategies
- Aggressively sells PC-WARE platforms/solutions and engineering services into accounts.
- Enable PC-WARE account managers to be effective in their business and selling roles through communication, education and advisory support.
- Lead or contribute to proposals, which leverage sales.

To Create and Build Business Partnerships
- Establish strong relationships within significant PC-WARE accounts and key customers.
- Participate in the implementation of PC-WARE corporate marketing and sales programs.

To Make PC-WARE an Attractive Selling Partner
- Communicate critical platform/solution information among PC-WARE account managers.
- Works directly with PC-WARE account teams, support and close major opportunities.

To Manage Business Results
- Provide forecasting and operational information to management; track progress against goals.
- Manage customer and partner satisfaction regarding PC-WARE offerings.

To Manage High-Performing Individuals and Teams
- Coach and educate partners and sales force to recognize opportunities for PC-WARE offerings.
- Build good working relationships with PC-WARE account teams and cross-functional resources.


CERINTE

- Qualifications Bachelor's (graduate) degree in business or technical field.
- Knowledge of local IT market
- Agility, results orientation and relationship building skills
- Good team working and ledearship skills
- Fluency in Romanian and English language
