RESPONSABILITATI

Directly manage all related sales activities including forecasts, sales plans and achievements of objectives.
On going development of the teams through coaching and training programs.
Effective coordination with other departments for achieving sales targets
Responsible for recruitment and selection process of the team, in appraisal process of the team
Consolidating good relation with most important key-accounts
Assists subordinates in performing duties and responds to sales team inquires related to job

Act as a contact for Customers (identify business opportunities on the market, qualify opportunities, customized solution delivery, offer & contract negotiation);
Work closely with Customers to qualify solution requirements and track benefits ;
Develop innovative Value Propositions in order to maximize generation of sales revenue;


CERINTE

Previous experience in sales management (at least 2 years)
Proven track of achivements in management position
Previous experience in sales consultancy (at least 4 years in sales);
Customer Responsiveness;
Team-working;
Building effective relationships, oriented in achieving success by helping others to achieve success;
Good sense of leadership
Effective Communication;
Results Oriented;
University degree;
Language Skills: English is a must;
B Cat. Driver licence.
