RESPONSABILITATI

• Build & maintain strong working relationships with key internal personnel within the Mexxem business units. Integrate country strategy if pertinent.
• Build & maintain strong working relationships with the customer buying and planning staff
• Proactive management & consistent follow-up on all issues pertaining to Footwear & Apparel business with the account
• Analyze market trends and competitors
• Assortment Planning Management: input towards & development of optimal seasonal product assortment plans
• Forecasting Excellence: accurate seasonal product forecasts
• Product Process: mastery of the product process and application of the process to seasonal selling
• Calendar Management: time management as it relates to the various meeting expectations
• Meeting Facilitation: scheduling and executing required meetings in order to execute the process
• Contract management: Ensure contracts are prepared and executed efficiently and check the financial soundness of customers
• Optimize customer training and coaching (sales, product, etc) process
• Human Resources management: Participate in recruiting, developing and coaching sales team, updating personal files, hold appraisal interviews, take appropriate action when needed.
• Generally focussed on sales growth in the selected region and establishing customer loyalty and satisfaction

Requisite additional practical knowledge and skills:
• Senior experience in a similar position
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent presentation skills Ability to present ideas and facts clearly, making use of relevant tools. Puts ideas and opinions in writing in a comprehensible way making correct use of multiple languages (name them)
• Ability to influence and negotiate, handling objections
• Ability to work across the matrix
• Ability to develop successful product business strategies

Requisite additional theoretical knowledge:
• High-level specialist knowledge of Footwear & Apparel
• Superior product knowledge -particularly from SMU process
• In depth knowledge of relevant European Markets (esp. similarities and differences)

• Frequent air and ground traveling required
• Excellent team player
