RESPONSABILITATI

- Managing Sales teams and leading them to outstanding achievements in one residential project, or a “cluster” of projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating all the related activities to support Sales, including managing interfaces with all relevant third parties such as law firms & banks.
- Implementing management’s strategy and guidance in the ongoing activities.
- Assisting in identifying new Sales perspectives/approaches and driving business growth at the strategic level of ADAMA;


CERINTE

- At least 3 years experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of managing a sales team;
- Customer focused, goal-oriented and ability to act and work independently;
- Self-motivated, ambitious and hard-working, able to work under stress , to operate in a challenging working environment, and to manage with multiple integrated tasks;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and to communicate with a wide range of people of different socioeconomic segments and nationalities;
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset;
