* Promote and sell company products to current and potential clients for best company¿s interests;
* Prepare action plans and schedules for identifying specific targets and projecting the number of contacts to be made;
* Identify sales prospects and contact them and other accounts as assigned;
* Establish and maintain current client and potential client database/relationships;
* Identify and resolve in real time own team and client concerns;
* Prepare different status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals;
* Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff;
* Manage the Sales Representative Team;
* Immediate communication to the direct superior of all the issues that might have a major negative impact for the team
* Medical background is a plus.
* Relevant sales experience in medical field.
* Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Negotiation skills
* Ability to travel
* Driving License
* Computer literacy ¿ MS Office
* Excellent English knowledge
