RESPONSABILITATI

- Handles incoming calls from internal and external Zapp sales forces;
- Follows up sales forces pending questions and provide an appropriate answer/feedback in time;
- Performs special number reservation ;
- Sustains informative actions organized through Help Line;
- Registers sales forces calls into the informational system;
- Monitors the quality of the sales forces, by reporting calls that fail to respect procedures.


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Access);
- Able to identify key issues and establish priorities; well-organized person;
- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports;
- Ability to focus on details;
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills;
- Good command of English.
